  Meet Heather, our Recruitment Consultant covering the East Midlands - from Nottingham and Derby to Castle Donnington, Leicester and Loughborough. She’s bubbly, full of energy, and brilliant at building long-term relationships with clients. Heather loves really getting to know each business and always seems to find the perfect fit.
  
  When she’s not matching candidates to roles, you’ll usually catch Heather with her head in a puzzle, happily problem-solving away!

  Recruitment Consultant - West Midlands

  

  Meet Amy, who looks after our clients across the West Midlands. She’s all about building strong relationships and really getting to know each business. With her CIPD in HR, Amy brings extra expertise to the table, making sure both clients and candidates get exactly what they need.
  When she’s not busy pairing people with their ideal roles, you’ll find Amy out walking her dogs or on the hunt for the next great brunch spot!

  Our Finance Manager, Samantha, makes sure everything adds up - from payroll to pennies! Calm, organised, and always cheerful, she’s proof that numbers people can be fun too.

• Tiffany Biddle

  Tiffany is our Operations Director and the heartbeat of the team - always making sure our clients get the best experience and our consultants have the support they need. Whether it’s managing relationships, jumping in to help with day-to-day challenges, she’s always there when you need her. Outside of work, Tiffany can usually be found walking her Pomeranian, enjoying live music at the pub with a glass of prosecco in hand!

  Meet Kelsey, our Candidate & Compliance Consultant! She’s the one making sure all of our candidates are fully compliant and ready to go, while also keeping our blue-chip clients happy.
  
  When she’s not keeping us all in check, you’ll probably find Kelsey at a gig, out walking her dogs, or enjoying the great outdoors.
  Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys live music with a cocktail in hand or walking her dogs!
